Hello there! I’m Csongi, the founder and designer of the Cartoon Racer project. I’m a dedicated petrolhead with an insatiable passion for all things automotive. My journey into the world of cars and motorcycles extends beyond the roar of engines and the thrill of the open road, it’s an artistic endeavour that fuels my creativity.
As an automotive enthusiast, I find joy in translating my love for cars and motorcycles into visually captivating automotive arts. This started when I was a child, I filled drawing notebooks with various car and motorcycle drawings. Whether it’s the sleek lines of classic machines, the futuristic designs of modern vehicles, or the adrenaline-inducing moments on the racetrack, I aim to capture the essence of the automotive world through my artwork.
Few years back I’ve started to build a custom cafe racer motorcycle and the idea was to draw cartoons from my childhood on the fuel tank. The idea to name it Cartoon Racer, was the idea of my friend who helped me a lot to start and realise that project. Cartoons on a cafe racer, Cartoon Racer! How cool is this?
The idea of this collection was born when I wanted to wear cool T-shirts that can represent my passion and even to wear clothing designed with my personal vehicles. So I have created the first iterations of designs and prototypes, which received great feedback from the surrounding people.
From digital illustrations to traditional sketches, each piece is a reflection of my admiration for the engineering marvels and the unique stories behind every vehicle. I believe that cars are not just modes of transportation but living expressions of human ingenuity and craftsmanship – not to talk about motorcycles, and I strive to convey this sentiment in every stroke of my artistic endeavours.
