We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Each product is personalised and created specifically for you, the production can take 2 to 4 business days. When the products are ready and packed, will be shipped to you. We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible, and our warehouse is working hard to keep up with the demand. Sometimes in periods with high volume orders, can take a little bit more.

Shipping costs are provided during the checkout. The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location and on shipping service providers.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs issues, or carrier delays.

Cartoon Racer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Cartoon Racer will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped out.

4.3. Order never arrived

If your order did not arrive, please let us know. First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you have entered the correct address. We cannot issue you a re-ship or refund if the address is incorrect.

We recommend to check the details of the products thoroughly, to avoid any inconvenience when receiving the products, like wrong sizes, designs etc. We can accept your return within 14 days after receiving the package. The products are expected to be returned in the same condition as it was received. This means the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
